We are looking for Casual applicants.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide quality calibration of pipettes in the Pathtech Lab on a timely basis
• Forward all paperwork required to Lab Coordinator when service work is completed to ensure customers are promptly invoiced
• Willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail and a positive and motivated outlook, team player
• Organised, manage time efficiently with the ability to prioritise, and take responsibility for work and focus on key strategies
• Effective verbal communications and excellent written skills
• Clean and neat presentation
• General administration tasks
• Communicate with existing and potential customers
• Strong problem-solving skills - result focused
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills

Qualifications/Experience:

• Ideally experience in calibrating complex scientific equipment specifically pipettes (servicing at a later stage).
• Experience in pipetting
• Experience in Excel, Word, Email, stock control systems, and CRM.
