Join Our Team as a Service Coordinator

We are a dynamic and growing company in the security/access solutions sector, seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Service Coordinator to join our operations team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule service jobs for technicians

  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries and service requests

  • Manage customer communication via phone and email

  • Maintain accurate records using MYOB/EXO

  • Assist with invoicing, service logs, and internal reports

  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely job completion

  • Provide general administrative support as required

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in a service or trade-based industry)

  • Proficient in MYOB/EXO (or similar ERP software)

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Confident handling multiple tasks and priorities under pressure

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
