Job Title: Service Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warranty & Customer Service Coordinator to oversee warranty claims for all brands sold through our Dealership, coordinating service and repair bookings while maintaining strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage customer and dealer interactions via phone, email, and online portals.
  • Process warranty claims from customers and dealers, verifying coverage and ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate inspections and document findings, approving or denying claims based on results.
  • Liaise with workshop technicians to book services and repairs, communicating with third-party repairers as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Guide customers and dealers in completing warranty claims webforms.
  2. Receive and process warranty claims, verifying coverage and ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
  3. Verify warranty coverage and ensure claims meet the terms and conditions.
  4. Coordinate inspections and document findings.
  5. Approve or deny claims based on inspection results.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals.
  7. Provide accurate information regarding warranty policies, procedures, and outcomes.
  8. Address customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
  9. Book service and repairs while liaising with workshop technicians as required.
  10. Send booking confirmation to customers and suppliers as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in warranty coordination or customer service, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to understand technical information.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team player.
  • Sound computer skills.
