Position: Operations Coordinator – NDIS

Location: Preston, Victoria

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $33 per hour (inclusive of superannuation)

Probation: 6 months (salary review upon successful completion)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our NDIS team in Preston, Victoria. The successful candidate will play a central role in overseeing participant operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting the smooth delivery of services. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong knowledge of administrative processes, and the ability to coordinate across multiple functions. Experience in the NDIS sector will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations relating to NDIS participants.
  • Ensure all services are delivered in line with NDIS compliance and quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain participant onboarding documents, service agreements, and records.
  • Coordinate rosters for staff and ensure service delivery meets participant needs.
  • Provide administrative support, including reporting, data entry, and file management.
  • Assist with financial processes, including invoicing, claims, and budget monitoring.
  • Support the business development team with growth initiatives and service expansion.
  • Liaise with internal staff, participants, and external stakeholders to maintain effective communication.
  • Ensure all documentation and reporting are accurate, timely, and compliant with NDIS requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in the NDIS sector or disability services (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS compliance, administration, and rostering systems.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with participants, families, and staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and participant management software.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to tasks.

Compensation and Growth

  • Salary: $33 per hour (inclusive of superannuation).
  • Probation period: 6 months, with a salary review upon successful completion.
