About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Passenger Services Officer at Sydney International Airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Validate passports and documents, and ensure compliance with safety and security requirements.
  • Tag baggage, arrange seating, and issue boarding passes.
What We're Looking For
  • Able to work a 7-day rotating roster without restrictions.
  • Professional and courteous communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High level attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
