About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at Sydney Airport. As the face of our business, you will interact with our customers at the rental counter, marketing products and services, completing rental bookings, and responding to general customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening and providing personalized solutions.
  • Reviewing and recommending Avis Budget Group's various add-ons and services to meet customer needs.
  • Communicating rental procedures and guidelines effectively to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Completing rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • A full and valid driver's license.
  • A minimum availability of 3-4 days per week, scheduled to work during our operating hours from Monday to Sunday, 6 am to 11 pm.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar roles.
  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.
