Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Mishandled Baggage services team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers at the airport, ensuring that their baggage is handled efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Be the first point of contact for passengers at the carousel, providing assistance and resolving any issues related to their baggage.
- Baggage Handling: Monitor carousels for issues such as belt stoppages and passenger concerns, and liaise with the below-wing team to resolve missing baggage issues.
- Documentation: Record and report rush bags received, and create and trace files for missed or damaged bags.
- Communication: Liaise with the Baggage Services Supervisors to report any issues or concerns, and forward/deliver baggage to passengers as required.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: Provide superior customer service, with a focus on teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to Detail: Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adherence to Safety and Security Processes: Ability to adhere to safety and security processes applicable to the aviation industry.
