As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries. You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve issues, provide solutions, and drive customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player who is eager to learn and grow with a dynamic company, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to contractor and supplier clients
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation (0 – 4 years of experience)
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail applications)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
What We Offer
  • Total annual compensation consists of base salary and target incentives
  • Base Pay: $85,000 AUD annually
  • Target Incentives: up to $7,500 – $11,000 AUD
