About the Role

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

We seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our global team. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with leaders across GTM and internal operations to provide a best-in-class recruitment service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and business units
  2. Bring new ideas to improve decision-making, efficiency, and productivity
  3. Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and identify how candidates will contribute to and enhance our culture
Requirements
  • 3+ years demonstrated recruitment experience in agency and internal environments (GTM hiring experience desirable)
  • A deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with the ability to apply your expertise flexibly and proactively
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies and achieve outcomes
  • Proven capacity to develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationships
