Talent Acquisition Partner Role

This role is part of our mission to transform the gambling industry by attracting top talent. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for recruiting and supporting the business growth while upholding our values. You will work closely with a TA Lead to manage the recruitment cycle, including planning, marketing, selection, and interviewing for various roles across different functions and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit diverse talent for various roles across Kindred's global offices.

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier candidates through various channels.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from both local and international teams to improve our talent attraction strategies and ensure a fast, friendly, and equitable recruitment process.

Your Experience

• Relevant experience within a talent acquisition team, ideally supporting an international and fast-paced organization.

• Broad understanding of how technology and automation can improve recruitment processes with a willingness to strive for improvement.

• Self-driven and quality-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.

• Ability to use and understand the potential of social media and sourcing platforms to attract top talent.
