The Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner Specialist.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of homes in South Australia, implementing our recruitment strategy, and ensuring processes and compliance are adhered to.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end Recruitment Management: Posting job ads, proactive sourcing, managing campaigns, phone screen interviews, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, background/reference checks, and managing job offers and onboarding documentation.
  • Recruitment Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing recruitment projects and campaigns, with a strong work ethic and drive to deliver exceptional customer experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with leaders in our homes.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
