We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Director to join our team at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives that align with our business priorities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and innovating strategic talent acquisition projects, partnering with leaders and stakeholders to co-create innovative solutions, and developing a collaborative and inclusive environment. You will also enjoy the flexibility of working 50% in the office while contributing to one of Australia's largest Talent Acquisition teams.

  • Drive strategic talent acquisition projects aligned with our business strategy and priorities;

We Offer

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a hybrid working model, opportunities for career growth and development, and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
