This diverse role works across two programs, Country Wellness Connections and NDIS Support Coordination, predominantly delivering psychosocial support to clients with episodic mental illness and connecting services to clients in meeting their individual goals.
The role will provide a collaborative approach in assisting clients to build independence and coping skills to enhance their lives.
About You- Have any of the following qualifications:
- Certificate IV in mental health or working towards
- Certificate IV in disability studies, community services or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish positive relationships.
- An understanding of the issues relating to mental health for people in rural and remote communities including the role of health providers.
- You will be part of a caring team where you are supported to be your best.
- Enjoy a diverse and supportive work environment.
- Have access to a variety of opportunities for professional development via formal and informal training.
- Competitive salary package in recognition of your qualifications and experience - $72,228 – $83,824 per annum pro-rata.
- 5 weeks annual leave (+17.5% loading) plus paid cultural leave.
