Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Community Mental Health Team in the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our community.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive mental health services for consumers in the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide individual and family therapeutic approaches, group programs, health promotion, and community development projects.
- Contribute to the clinical supervision of less experienced mental health professionals, assistants, and students.
- Embody a strength-based approach and the principles of positive psychology to promote recovery and self-determination.
To be successful in this role, you will have a recognized Occupational Therapy qualification and be eligible for registration as an occupational therapist within Australia. You will demonstrate a commitment to providing consumer and family-centered care within an evidence-based, recovery-oriented framework.
