Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Community Mental Health Team in Port Lincoln. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive mental health services for consumers in the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide individual and family therapeutic approaches, group programs, health promotion, and community development projects.
- Contribute to the clinical supervision of less experienced mental health professionals, assistants, and students.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a recognized qualification in Social Work and be eligible for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). You will also need to demonstrate a commitment to providing consumer and family-centered care within an evidence-based, recovery-oriented framework.
