Insurance Account Manager

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Retail team as an Account Executive. This is a new role within the team, and we are looking for someone who can make a significant contribution to our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing clients and insurers, identifying insurable risks and designing and negotiating appropriate insurance solutions.
- Promote Willis Towers Watson's brand within the insurance industry, both locally and nationally, and contribute to the overall relationship with our Affinity sponsors.
- Work closely with the team to achieve challenging individual and team targets, and help generate new business opportunities to contribute to the success of the team.
- Proven experience as an Account Broker or Assistant Account Executive within the insurance or insurance broking industry.
- Strong ability to understand and meet a client's needs, with a proven track record of delivering excellent client service.
- Tier 1 (insurance broking) qualification and demonstrated commercial acumen.
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
- Commitment to innovation and a willingness to develop propositions to meet the rapidly changing industry landscape.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and contribute to the success of the team.
- Drive, ambition, and focus on excellence, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
