Sihle Insurance Group is a leading insurance agency in Florida, built on principles of respect, excellent customer service, and a people-first attitude. We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team in Altamonte Springs, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, carriers, and producers for service needs
  • Process applications, quotes, and policies, ensuring timely receipt and accuracy
  • Review client contracts, endorse policies, and facilitate corrections as needed
  • Verify policy information, facilitate corrections, and document all activity in the Applied Epic system
  • Assist with other tasks necessary to support the team
Requirements:
  • Active Florida 2-20 (Property & Casualty) license
  • 5+ years of experience in an account management role
  • Current Applied Epic experience required
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of insurance products and markets
