About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at AU081 ARDROSSAN INSURANCE BROKERS PTY LT. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a book of professional services clients and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and provide technical advice to ensure their insurance needs are met.
- Administer insurance programs meticulously to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to business development initiatives to grow our client base and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with various departments within the company to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year work experience as a broker in the Australian commercial insurance market.
- Experience with Winbeat and Sunrise software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently within a multi-skilled team.
- Strong client focus and dedication to exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Holds a Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
