Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large portfolio of SME and Corporate clients, understanding their unique insurance requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and implement business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Tier 1 qualified insurance professional with a proven track record in broking, preferably with SME/Corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of general insurance products, including property and casualty, liability, and commercial lines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and negotiate with clients.
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant insurance certifications/licenses.
