Job Overview

Bid Management and Proposals

We are seeking a professional who can drive business growth through the governance of the capture and bid phases of our lifecycle management framework.

This position will maximise bid win rates for opportunities across our Australia and New Zealand business units.

The successful candidate will develop and implement effective capture/bid win strategies, manage stakeholders and ensure alignment of client needs and value proposition.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing successful capture/bid win strategies;
  • Managing stakeholders to ensure alignment of client needs and value proposition;
  • Driving business growth through professionalisation of the capture and bid phases;
  • Maximising bid win rates for opportunities across our Australia and New Zealand business units.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: A relevant bachelor's degree or higher in a field such as business administration, marketing or engineering.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a leadership or management role.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
