Job Description

As a seasoned bid strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute bids that meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Working closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts, you will provide strategic guidance and advice on bid strategy and management. This will involve coordinating kick-off meetings, crafting compelling value propositions, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

With your expertise, you will help shape the firm's bid framework and contribute to the development of high-quality engagement-specific and panel bids. Your ability to coach partners and support pitch teams will be invaluable in achieving the best outcomes for the firm.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strategic thinking and planning
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience producing bids in response to formal procurement requests
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (marketing, communications, PR, or journalism desirable)
