We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Expert to join our team.

This role involves shaping and qualifying bids, engaging with stakeholders to assess customer fit, capability alignment, and strategic opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and presentation skills, ability to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity and precision, experience in bid management, solution design, and qualification for network, cybersecurity, or cloud services.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with diverse teams and partners, fostering an environment that encourages unique perspectives and innovation, and contribute to the continuous improvement of bid and presales processes.

The key responsibilities of this role include leading and contributing to the development of compelling bid responses, estimating, scoping, and pricing professional and managed services, presenting solutions to clients, and championing new ways of working, leveraging AI and automation throughout the bid process.

  • Shape and qualify each bid by engaging with stakeholders to assess customer fit, Datacom's capability alignment, and strategic opportunity.
  • Lead and contribute to the development of compelling bid responses, articulating business benefits, solution approach, and competitive differentiators.
  • Estimate, scope, and price professional and managed services, ensuring proposals are commercially robust and aligned with customer value.
  • Present, discuss, and refine solutions with clients, translating complex technology into actionable business impact.
  • Champion new ways of working, leveraging AI and automation throughout the bid process to drive quality, speed, and improved outcomes.
