About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our bidding efforts and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the entire bidding process from initial proposal to final submission.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to develop winning bid strategies.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and refining bid documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Fostering effective communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior bid coordinator in construction and engineering.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous documentation and project management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to devise innovative bid strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in bid management software and MS Office Suite.
