Senior Bid Strategist

In this critical role, you will bring your sharp strategic know-how and growth mindset to support the National Tender Desk. Your responsibilities will include designing innovative, intuitive proposals that seamlessly blend technical and operational content in a compelling and engaging manner.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, including oversight of all proposal correspondence, and coordination during and after submission. Your goal will be to create tenders that articulate and sell Veolia's strong differentiators.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience working in a bid/proposal and/or strategic sales function. You must have a proven track record in relationship-building with an ability to network with diverse stakeholder groups across all seniorities.

A high level of professional writing, editing, and proofing skills with strong attention to detail are essential for this role. Additionally, you should have demonstrated expertise in the preparation, coordination, and writing of large-scale client-centric proposals and other complex documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop winning proposals that showcase Veolia's unique value proposition
  • Manage the tender process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in bid management and proposal development
