">We are seeking an experienced coordinator to support the development, implementation, and execution of new, existing, and emerging training programs.
">The role involves developing business, marketing, organizing, and coordinating accredited training packages to employment services providers, schools, and the public.
">- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a strong communicator, particularly written and verbal.">
- You are meticulously organized, with outstanding time management skills and high-level problem-solving skills.">
About You
">Key responsibilities include:
">- Servicing as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.">
- Managing relationships with internal teams to deliver project outcomes.">
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.">
- Developing and maintaining effective business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role you will need:
">- Knowledge and experience within recruitment or an Employment Service Provider.">
- Occasional travel throughout the state and interstate.">
- Understanding of units of competency and training/assessment of accredited training.">
- Customer service skills and able to work to deadlines and support people to access training and technology.">
