Hotel Concierge/Supervisor Job Summary

The Hotel Concierge/Supervisor is a critical role within our hotel operations, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring complete satisfaction.

About the Position
  • Provide personalized support to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including other departments and management teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create memorable experiences for guests, from booking requests to bespoke events.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations.
  • Assist with luggage handling and ensure seamless welcome experiences for guests.
  • Supervise and guide porters/door attendants to deliver high-quality service standards.
  • Handle guest enquiries, messages, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Valid NSW Driver's license.
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2-3 years experience in an upscale hotel environment as a Concierge or related discipline.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages preferred.
