People and Culture Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive long-term systemic change in the prevention of family violence and all forms of violence against women.

  • Lead the consistent and effective management of day-to-day people and culture activities, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, resource allocation, and issue prioritization.

We have a broad focus on primary prevention of family violence and violence against women in Victoria, working collaboratively with stakeholders to provide state-wide leadership and create social, institutional, organisational, and community change.

The successful candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in human resources, learning and organisational development, business management or a related field, as well as demonstrated knowledge of contemporary people and culture practices and experience in project and change management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to implement effective strategies for managing day-to-day people and culture activities.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
