About the Role

This role involves collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement innovative culture, engagement, and change initiatives that enhance performance and align with strategic objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead organisational transformation through complex programs, including operating model redesign.
  • Design and implement engagement strategies that foster a high-performing, inclusive work environment.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for leaders and teams to adapt to change.
  • Assess change impacts and risks, and develop tailored plans to support smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate across departments to embed new ways of working.

 

Requirements

We seek an experienced leader with:

  • Proven experience in complex change management and organisational development.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, influence, and relationship-building.
  • Expertise in organisational design, cultural alignment, and change management methodologies.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect data, people, and performance.
  • Qualifications in Change Management or HR/Organisational Psychology (highly regarded).
