Workplace Culture Leader

We are seeking a Workplace Culture Leader to shape and drive sustainable change within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing workplace experiences at major locations, managing a dynamic team of partners, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships with various business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influence workplace culture by leveraging insights and analytics on people behaviors and space utilization.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring documentation is consistent, up-to-date, and reflective of efficient procedures.
  • Deliver consistent, reliable, and contemporary workplace services and experiences.
The Position:
  • Build stakeholder relationships and deliver workplace change.
  • Support the development of strategic space planning and property initiatives at designated client site locations.
  • Lead a team of Workplace Partners onsite or remotely who oversee the coordination, planning, and delivery of workplace services and space solutions.
