Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Change and Process Leader.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement and change management to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new processes and procedures, ensuring effective change management and continuous improvement within the organization.

A key aspect of this role will be to oversee the deployment and simplification of new methodologies and frameworks, as well as to create and deliver strategies to drive adoption across stakeholders.

This position requires strong negotiation and influencing skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior business leaders.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in taking a team through transformation and capability uplift coaching and mentoring direct reports.

A strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and applicable regulatory requirements will be viewed favourably.

This is a critical leadership role that requires proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage change effectively.

  • Degree Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Skill Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Personal Qualities:
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
