KBR, a leading provider of science, technology, and engineering solutions, seeks a seasoned Training Manager to join its team in Sydney.
This 12-month fixed term engagement offers an exceptional opportunity to lead training operations for the maritime warfare faculty at KBR's esteemed client. With a strong background in operations planning and defense training, you will be responsible for coordinating KBR resources and student administration within this critical project.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will oversee course planning and implementation, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain the course schedule in collaboration with senior leadership and other stakeholders. Your expertise in managing specialist teams and experience working within the defense training environment will be invaluable in driving project success.
Additionally, you will act as the KBR contract manager onsite, liaising with the client contract manager to develop business cases for initiatives that modernize processes or offerings for TA-MW.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate KBR resources and student administration within the training authority
- Oversee course planning and implementation
- Manage day-to-day operations and maintain the course schedule
- Act as the KBR contract manager onsite
- Support professional development and succession planning
What We Offer
