The Role

We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Communications Strategist, Australia who can drive strategy and execute tactical plans for Anduril's communication priorities in Australia. This role involves managing proactive and reactive communications, including message development, crisis comms, and media relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy and execute tactical plans for Anduril's communication priorities in Australia
  • Manage proactive and reactive communications, including message development, crisis comms, and media relations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media across business, defense, and tech outlets in Australia
  • Run product launches and press events to meet Anduril's high standards
  • Manage crisis and issues, as well as reactive press requests in Australia
  • Develop and manage Anduril Australia's communications budget

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An accomplished background in corporate communications, media relations, public relations agency, or related fields
  • Experience with crisis and issues management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling
  • Able to think, plan, and execute multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion
  • Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills
  • A willingness to flex between higher-level strategy and detailed executional work

What You'll Get

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus equity grants and top-tier benefits, including platinum healthcare coverage, basic life insurance, and generous PTO plans.
