We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Value Specialist. This full-time permanent position involves working 38 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized recommendations for health and wellbeing products that cater to customers' specific needs.
  • Developing business relationships within the community to promote the Bupa brand and acquire new members.
  • Assisting existing Bupa members with their day-to-day transactions and ensuring they understand the full value of their health insurance product.
  • Offering solutions to customers' concerns or needs and educating them on the benefits they can access.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, connecting with customers, and helping them achieve the best possible value from their Bupa Health Insurance.

We offer a comprehensive global health and wellbeing program called Viva Healthier and Happier, which supports employees in maintaining their physical, mental, financial, social, and environmental wellbeing.

In addition, you'll have access to classroom training, e-Learning, and on-the-floor product knowledge training through our state-of-the-art knowledge base, 'Know-It'. Our Store Managers will provide dedicated support to help you excel in your role.
