You'll be part of a supportive team that gives you the trust and time to interact with customers to deliver meaningful health solutions and claim resolutions.

Working in our Hornsby store, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing tailored recommendations for health and wellbeing products based on customer needs, highlighting their benefits and value.
  • Developing relationships within the community to promote the Bupa brand and products, driving new business opportunities.
  • Taking a customer-first approach, you'll:
  • Support existing members with day-to-day transactions.
  • Educate customers on the full value of their health insurance product.
  • Offer solutions to any concerns or needs identified.

This is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours per week including rotating Saturdays.

English language proficiency is required, but Korean speaking applicants are encouraged to apply as we have a diverse customer base.
