Job Title: Lead Development Manager
Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our fast-growing team in the public sector. We are looking for a talented, self-directed leader with experience managing demand generation teams and running campaigns for the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with campaign managers and marketing to plan half yearly roadmaps and develop comprehensive campaign plans.
- Work in close alignment with sales leaders to consolidate and filter field requirements, identify key targets and build out the contact database.
- Create reports and track team's progress against KPIs using Salesforce and Tableau.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual business updates and share with local, regional and global stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed assigned performance targets, KPI's and Service Level Agreements.
- Lead geographically dispersed teams and maintain strong relationships with account teams and marketing.
