Job Title: Public Sector Enterprise Account Lead

We are seeking a high-performing Public Sector Enterprise Account Lead to drive revenue growth in the Public Sector. This is a high-impact role within a growing team, offering the opportunity to drive strategic growth across a priority region.

About the Role:

  • Design and execute comprehensive territory plans that maximize market penetration, competitive positioning, and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by developing and expanding accounts within your assigned territory.
  • Maintain strong sales hygiene and cadence, with a deep understanding of your customers' business to drive accurate forecasting and predictable revenue outcomes.
  • Build deep, strategic relationships by understanding your customers' priorities, challenges, and growth plans, aligning solutions with clear business outcomes.
  • Support customers and partners with ongoing education and adoption programs to maximize value realization and drive solution proficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the partner ecosystem to co-create differentiated, value-driven solutions that deliver on customer objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead your POD through effective territory strategy execution, coordinating closely with marketing, channel, pre-sales, business development, and other internal teams.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies that drive revenue growth in complex environments.
  • Articulate a strong sales message and advance deals through the sales cycle.
  • Work with and through partners to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A proven success selling into Federal and State Government, consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
  • Experience in enterprise software, IT services, SaaS, IoT, or managed services within complex environments.
  • A strong team player who values collaboration and effectively engages cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Curious and growth-minded, with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Strong commercial acumen and technical understanding, enabling you to build credible and influential relationships across all levels of customer organizations.
