Job Title: Deliverability Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an assigned portfolio with professionalism and accountability
  • Develop proactive deliverability strategies grounded in current industry trends
  • Conduct thorough deliverability audits and performance reviews, linking findings to business impact through actionable recommendations
  • Support customers in resolving issues like blocklisting, spam traps, or inboxing challenges, framing solutions in business terms
Requirements:
  • Able to demonstrate the tangible impact of improved deliverability on opens, clicks, and revenue
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting confidently to various stakeholders, including executive-level contacts
  • Solution-oriented mindset: lead with recommendations and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a data-driven email deliverability role
  • Experience managing an enterprise-level portfolio, preferably at an ESP serving large-scale senders
