About This Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging email templates that resonate with customers
  • Analyse customer data to segment email lists based on characteristics, behaviours, and preferences
  • Develop and implement email marketing plans that align with business objectives and industry best practices
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on building and executing campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong proficiency in HTML and email design best practices
  • Experience in using email marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimisation techniques
