Key Responsibilities
  • Create compelling email templates that resonate with customers and drive engagement
  • Analyse customer data to segment email lists and send targeted emails based on characteristics, behaviours, and preferences
  • Implement an email marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, target audience preferences, and industry best practices
  • Monitor and assess campaign performance to inform future improvements
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
  • Manage the email calendar, timelines, and frequency to ensure effective communication
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on building and executing successful campaigns
  • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML and email design principles
  • Experience in using email marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Advanced skills in A/B testing and optimisation techniques
