Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a Strategic Email Marketing Specialist to join our organization in Sydney. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of data-driven email marketing strategies that guide new users through their Asana journey and drive long-term engagement.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in email marketing to drive user adoption and engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing personalized onboarding email sequences, innovating and experimenting with ways to support users in adopting Asana AI features, and partnering with creative teams to create compelling content and visuals that drive engagement and conversion.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 5+ years of digital lifecycle or email marketing experience, ideally with some experience in B2B SaaS and a focus on product adoption strategies. You should be strategic and data-driven with a proven track record of driving measurable business impact, and possess expert knowledge of email marketing tools such as Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Marketo. Strong project management skills, the ability to leverage AI for personalization and optimization, and excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills are also essential.
