  • Partner with creative to create compelling content and visuals that drive engagement and conversion
  • Implement best practices and execute marketing campaigns with stakeholder teams that support user adoption of Asana
  • Streamline and optimize email processes, including leveraging AI and automations
  • Analyze and share insights on campaign performance
About You
  • 5+ years of digital lifecycle or email marketing experience, ideally with some experience in B2B SaaS and a focus on product adoption strategies
  • Strategic and data-driven with a proven track record of driving measurable business impact
  • Expert knowledge of email marketing tools (Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo)
  • End-to-end email marketing process expertise, with strong project management skills
  • Ability to leverage AI for personalization and optimization and curiosity to explore new technology
  • Excellence in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
