Email Marketing Expert Wanted

We're on the lookout for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your skills and expertise in crafting engaging email campaigns that drive lead nurturing, customer engagement, and conversions.

About the Role

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising email campaigns that meet our business objectives. This will involve creating targeted campaigns, overseeing sales cadences, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy email campaigns, including newsletters, nurture journeys, and webinar promotions.
  • Ensure seamless transitions between marketing and sales efforts, optimising lead progression.
Sales Cadence Oversight
  • Oversee and review sales email cadences, ensuring brand tone consistency and campaign objectives.
  • Analyse cadence performance and collaborate with sales teams to improve communications.
Optimisation & Best Practices
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and email marketing best practices.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in email marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot and understanding of email automation.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Bonus Requirements
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email formatting.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM-marketing automation integration.
  • Experience working with global teams and localisation of email content.
