Our team addresses complex challenges and opportunities across the globe. Colleagues leverage their expertise to help organizations achieve strategic objectives.

We deliver compelling services by connecting our business segments and geographies. Our team collaborates with these businesses to enable clients to achieve desired business results, risk management, efficiencies/savings, and exceptional employee experience.

Multinational companies often require our support in covering global operations. We work closely with headquarters and regional headquarters to provide integrated advice and solutions.

Whether it's consolidating information about a multinational's retirement plan liabilities and assets or coordinating health and benefit programs worldwide, we deliver excellence through our people, technology, and data.

We partner with other businesses to provide consistent advice and solutions. Growing interest has been observed in total rewards, inclusive benefits, ESG plans, and employee experience projects. Wellbeing conversations have increased for physical health, financial resilience, social, and emotional well-being.

Key tasks include:

  • Providing data analytics, drafting reports and presentations, updating project trackers, and working with local country consultants and brokers to obtain status updates.
  • Managing clients' benefits data, including working with the Global Benefits Center to populate data and ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Facilitating and project managing initial technology and implementation tasks upon project start-up.
  • Supporting the use of our proprietary technology, including Benefits Insights, Benefits Data Source, BenVals, and other tools to maximize client value.
  • Supporting regional leads, global leads, and global project managers in delivering advice to clients on employee benefit matters worldwide.
  • Coordinating and project managing multi-country projects, such as global benefit benchmarking exercises, cost savings projects, and governance processes.
  • Helping regional leads, global leads, and global project managers provide proactive advice on optimizing benefits management regionally and globally (effective use of local resources, brokers, consultants, and third-party providers).
  • Working with regional leads, global leads, and global project managers to deliver advice on clients' risk-benefit program financing, self-insurance, multinational risk benefits pooling, and employee benefit captive work (feasibility study, negotiation, selection, implementation, and ongoing support).

Additionally, this role will involve keeping abreast of changes in legislation, market practice, or otherwise, identifying issues for clients, supporting intellectual capital development, new business opportunities, and other areas such as Global Healthcare & wellbeing, Benefits Financing, and Defined Contribution consulting.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with employee benefits or the insurance market, global benefits experience preferred.

- A keen interest in the International benefits arena and a desire to learn.

- Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with proven experience managing multiple projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget.

- Strong interpersonal and team skills, ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including remotely with colleagues in other countries.
