In the role of
Senior Consultant, Global Benefits,
you will join the
Global Benefits team
that's doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple for colleagues.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
- Enhance employee satisfaction, wellbeing and retention through the provision of competitive benefits programs that aligns with NAB's strategic objectives and in support of its diverse workforce.
- Ensure that benefits offerings are competitive, compliant and aligned to the needs of colleagues globally and locally.
- Contribute to attracting, retaining and engaging talent, driving organisational performance and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Deliver benefit programs including recognition, employee benefits designed to drive the colleague strategy, conduct regular benchmarking analysis of benefits framework to ensure cost effective competitiveness and make recommendations for enhancement or modification as required.
- Provide coaching and leadership across the Global Benefits team
- Monitor and manage the financials of benefits programs to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget and within delegations
- Develop communications strategy and framework to drive engagement and effectiveness for the portfolio
We're looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
- The candidate will have extensive years of related global experience, across a range of industries including Financial Services, preferably in a multinational corporate or consulting firm with a deep understanding of benefit design, administration, compliance and communication.
- Advanced knowledge of global benefit programs, trends, regulations and best practices with experience navigating complex legal and cultural landscapes in multiple countries.
- Strong knowledge of HR function, products, services and processes and demonstrated change leadership.
- Track record in delivering effective programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction with a strong focus on continuous process improvement and identifying strategic initiatives through to execution.
- Strong collaboration across diverse stakeholders promoting a culture of accountability and transparency.
