Let's talk about you- Remuneration experience, preferably in an ASX listed organisation, with strong consulting and influencing skills at a senior level.- The ability to write concise, accurate and easy-to-understand reports.- Understanding of general P&C functions, industrial award requirements and payroll implications.- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience- Demonstrated ability to:
- Solve problems and think like a leader-

- Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations-
- An unequivocal commitment to the Aussie values and using them to make decisions.- Respect and maintain confidentiality and guard sensitive information- You like a fast paced (VERY fast paced) environment- Love of a good belly laugh, to keep it all in perspective.

How will you support our "Why?"- Providing specialist remuneration advice and guidance to both People and Culture professionals and people leaders.- Providing operational support for the annual remuneration review process, Short-Term Incentive (STI) and Long Term Incentive (LTI) processes and payments.- Experience using Workday to organise and deploy each phase of the remuneration review process.- Benchmarking experience, preferably using AON tools, and maintaining our benchmarking process of all roles.- Support in expanding our benefits program to help make Aussie an even better place to work.- And with a genuine desire to assist with the development and achievement of others.
