Tax Consultant

We are seeking a Tax Consultant to work with our employment tax experts, focusing on global mobility arrangements, FBT, payroll tax, superannuation, employee share schemes, remuneration planning, and salary sacrifice arrangements across a diverse range of national clients.
Main Responsibilities- Consult and advise on FBT, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, ESS, PAYG, and employee versus contractor matters, including audits and cross-border issues.
- Provide international assignment consulting and compliance services.
- Prepare FBT returns using specialist software and review payroll tax returns.
- Develop and review FBT policies and procedures for employers.
- Design and implement share plans for C-suite and other levels.
- Experience in a similar or complementary role.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work independently.
- Strong research and legal interpretation skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree qualification in Accounting, Tax, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Law.
