About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Process Specialist.

This newly created opportunity will see you join a dedicated HR Project Team on an initial fixed-term contract, working onsite with flexibility in your hours.

This is a hands-on, project-focused position for an individual who thrives on rolling up their sleeves to deliver results.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed reviews of existing HR processes across operational and corporate settings.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices for the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, leave management and terminations.
  • Design new processes that reflect industry standards, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures for HR processes.
About You
  • A highly organized and detail-driven HR professional with a strong track record in process documentation, improvement and operational experience.
  • You possess a solid understanding of what good looks like, with a pragmatic approach to designing solutions that meet the needs of busy operational environments.
  • You are confident in facilitating workshops and cross-functional collaboration, and adept at translating complex requirements into simple, actionable steps.
