Main Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead support teams across multiple regions (Malaysia, Cyprus, Mauritius, Taiwan) to deliver seamless customer and internal sales support within the highly regulated CFD sector.
  • Optimizing Support Operations: Develop an efficient support framework that enhances customer and sales support services tailored to the unique needs of the CFD market.
  • Brand Culture and Collaboration: Foster a strong brand culture by promoting collaboration between support teams in different locations, ensuring knowledge-sharing and best practices across regions.
  • Driving Competitiveness: Enhance competitiveness by refining and streamlining support processes to meet evolving demands of CFD clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Compliance, Operations to ensure smooth support functions aligning with broader business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing multi-brand or multi-regional customer support teams within the financial services sector, preferably with a focus on CFDs.
  • Strong understanding of customer service operations in the financial industry, emphasizing compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, managing teams across multiple locations, ensuring collaboration and consistency.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum depending on experience.
