Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and maintain visual merchandising excellence.
- Mentor and motivate staff to excel in sales performance, KPIs, and added value targets.
- Monitor sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted solutions.
- Efficiently manage wage costs while ensuring compliance with company rostering standards.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development by coaching team members to enhance their skills and maintain high morale.
- Ensure OH&S compliance and adherence to state and national legislation.

- Have demonstrated experience in a full-time or senior casual role, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC position.
- Possess a motivated 'Make it Happen' attitude.
- Are passionate about leading and inspiring teams to achieve success.
- Have a proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets.
- Excel in operational management and possess expertise in stock control and visual merchandising.
