About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Circular Sales & Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Product Quality & Recovery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the AS-IS shop, in-store and online platform is well-maintained to enhance customer experience and drive optimal sales through inspiring merchandising solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the AS-IS shop, in-store and online platform is well-maintained to enhance customer experience and drive optimal sales through inspiring merchandising solutions.
  2. Take action to improve the product recovery department through repackaging, spare part management, assembly, and active selling both in online and offline channels.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimise product flow, sales, and communication channels, while training co-workers on recovery operations, sharing best practices and ways of working.
  4. Focus on meeting department commercial goals by regularly following up on sales performance and implementing improvement actions aligned with IKEA's sustainability and circularity agenda.
Requirements
  1. A strong leader who inspires and supports teams through effective communication, coaching, and collaboration to achieve success.
  2. A highly organised and analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks, identify priorities and continuously drive improvements in the Product Quality & Recovery process.
  3. Well-versed in the product range, including service products, and possess strong knowledge of store operations, sales steering, pricing, and range presentation to drive optimal performance.
  4. An effective communicator, able to engage key stakeholders in the business and influence effectively to drive impact.
