About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and analytical Circular Sales & Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Product Quality & Recovery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the AS-IS shop, in-store and online platform is well-maintained to enhance customer experience and drive optimal sales through inspiring merchandising solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the AS-IS shop, in-store and online platform is well-maintained to enhance customer experience and drive optimal sales through inspiring merchandising solutions.
- Take action to improve the product recovery department through repackaging, spare part management, assembly, and active selling both in online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimise product flow, sales, and communication channels, while training co-workers on recovery operations, sharing best practices and ways of working.
- Focus on meeting department commercial goals by regularly following up on sales performance and implementing improvement actions aligned with IKEA's sustainability and circularity agenda.
- A strong leader who inspires and supports teams through effective communication, coaching, and collaboration to achieve success.
- A highly organised and analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks, identify priorities and continuously drive improvements in the Product Quality & Recovery process.
- Well-versed in the product range, including service products, and possess strong knowledge of store operations, sales steering, pricing, and range presentation to drive optimal performance.
- An effective communicator, able to engage key stakeholders in the business and influence effectively to drive impact.
